Questions about FAQ 101
In Basic mode, FAQ™ Swiss recommends 2–3 times per week for the first 8 weeks, then 2–4 times per month to maintain. In Pro mode, no more than once a week for the first 8 weeks, then 1–2 times per month.
No more than 1 minute on any one area of the face or neck, and no more than 10 minutes in total. The device turns off automatically after 10 minutes.
Yes. FAQ™ Swiss says P1 is essential: it creates the conductive layer the radiofrequency needs and helps the device glide. A 2 ml sample is included; full-size P1 is sold separately. FAQ™ Swiss doesn't recommend using other cosmetics with the device.
The device arrives in Basic mode, with the 5 lowest Power-RF intensity levels. Pro mode unlocks the 5 higher levels after you complete the professional training in the FAQ™ Swiss app. FAQ™ Swiss recommends starting at Basic level 1.
Yes, once it has been unlocked and registered in the FAQ™ Swiss app. Without completing the in-app training, only Basic mode is available.
FAQ™ Swiss instructs never to use it on the eyeball or within the orbital bone directly above or below the eye, and to take particular care around the under-eye area. Its FDA clearance covers mild-to-moderate periorbital wrinkles — wrinkles around the eye area.
According to FAQ™ Swiss, both feature Power-RF, LED-Pulse light and T-Sonic™ pulsations. FAQ™ 102 adds EMS-Pro and the Anti-Shock System™, and has 8 LED colours where FAQ™ 101 has red, green and blue.
A 2-hour USB charge gives up to 30 minutes of use. Don't use the device while it is charging or plugged in.
Switch it off, wash it with soap and warm water, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth. Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
FAQ™ Swiss provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, and opening or taking apart the device voids it. Warranty claims are made by logging in to your account at faqswiss.com.
