The device arrives in Basic mode, with the 5 lowest EMS and RF intensity levels. Pro mode unlocks the 5 higher levels after you complete the professional training in the FAQ™ Swiss app. FAQ™ Swiss recommends starting at Basic level 1.
Yes, once it has been unlocked and registered in the FAQ™ Swiss app. Without completing the in-app training, only Basic mode is available.
Not on the thyroid area, the eyeball or within the orbital bone, or on the chest, the mid-line of the neck, moles or broken skin. FAQ™ Swiss also advises against use with implanted electronic devices, epilepsy or after facial cosmetic surgery, and says to consult a physician if you are pregnant.
A 2-hour USB charge gives up to 30 minutes of use. Don't use the device while it is charging or plugged in.
Switch it off, wash it with soap and warm water, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth. Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
FAQ™ Swiss provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, and opening or taking apart the device voids it.
