Questions about FAQ LED Panel
FAQ™ Swiss recommends 5–15 minutes, 3–5 times per week.
Between 30 cm and 1 m. FAQ™ Swiss instructs never to place the panel directly on the skin, and to keep at least 30 cm between the panel and your skin during use.
Yes. FAQ™ Swiss instructs you to put on the protective eyewear before treatment, and never to stare directly at the panel or its LEDs while it is on. Protective glasses are included.
Yes. Before your first session, hold your forearm about 30 cm from the switched-on panel for 3 minutes. If redness appears and lasts more than 2 hours, your skin is light-sensitive: stop and contact your physician. Otherwise, continue as normal.
After the panel is unlocked and registered once in the FAQ™ Swiss app, you can switch it on and change colours with the power button. The app adds pre-set treatments and more settings.
FAQ™ Swiss advises against use if you are sensitive to light or take photosensitizing medication such as topical retinoids, on sunburnt, inflamed or broken skin, or with conditions such as epilepsy. It shouldn't be used by anyone under 18, or by pregnant or nursing women without consulting a physician. Blue light may cause temporary hyperpigmentation on skin types III and above.
Switch it off and unplug it, then wipe the surface with a damp, lint-free cloth. It isn't 100% waterproof, so don't wash it under running water or let water into its openings, and never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
FAQ™ Swiss provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, and opening or taking apart the device voids it. Warranty claims are made by logging in to your account at faqswiss.com.
