FOREO BEAR 2
Know what you’re paying for.
OCCEVA selected BEAR 2 because its microcurrent system offers defined current patterns, adjustable intensity and a documented comfort-control mechanism.
- Four current patterns
- The device combines four microcurrent types rather than presenting microcurrent as a single undifferentiated mode.
- Ten intensity levels
- Beginner levels are available on the device, with Pro levels available through the FOREO app.
- A complete treatment system
- Anti-Shock adjusts current for comfort; conductive serum and app activation are part of use. FOREO provides a two-year limited warranty.

Questions about FOREO BEAR 2
Once in a 24-hour period. FOREO recommends at least 5 times a week for the first 60 days, then 2–3 times a week to maintain results.
FOREO recommends no more than 3 minutes at a time on each area of the face or neck.
Yes. Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 must be used with a conductive serum, applied as a thin, mask-like layer so the device can glide. FOREO recommends its SUPERCHARGED™ Serum 2.0. A serum isn't included.
FOREO describes Advanced Microcurrent™ as a steady current, Lifting Microcurrent™ as a current that staggers from low to high frequency, Tapping Microcurrent™ as quick, short waves through the upper layers of the skin, and Sculpting Microcurrent™ as current channelled deeper into the muscles. They are used in the app's video-guided treatments.
BEAR™ 2 starts in Beginner Mode, with microcurrent intensity levels 1–5. Pro Mode, with levels 6–10, can be switched on in the app's settings.
Never on the mid-line bone of the neck or within the orbital bone. FOREO also advises against use on the chest, over metal implants, moles or broken skin, with implanted electronic devices, epilepsy or after facial cosmetic surgery, and says to consult a physician if you are pregnant.
Yes, once: the FOREO For You app is required to unlock and register BEAR™ 2 before first use. The app also provides the video-guided treatments and Pro Mode.
Occeva doesn't describe BEAR™ 2 as FDA cleared. FDA device listings file BEAR 2 under the 510(k) for the original BEAR family, but that clearance letter names only BEAR and BEAR mini, and written confirmation from FOREO is still pending.
Up to 300 minutes of use per USB charge, and a full recharge takes up to 1.5 hours. Don't use the device while it is charging or plugged in.
Wash the metallic spheres and silicone with water and soap, rinse with warm water and pat dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth. Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
FOREO provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, and opening or taking apart the device voids it. Warranty claims are made by logging in to your account at foreo.com.
