Questions about FOREO PEACH 2
FOREO recommends one treatment a week for 12 weeks, so that hairs are treated in their growth phase, then once a month or as needed to maintain. Always wait 7 days before treating the same area again.
Light, medium and dark skin tones up to and including tone 5 on FOREO's skin tone chart, and naturally black or brown hair. It may not be effective on white, grey, blonde or red hair, and it must not be used on skin darker than tone 5.
On body hair and on female facial hair below the cheek line. Don't use it on the scalp, eyebrows or around the eyes, on a man's face, jaw or neck, or directly on the nipples, genitals or around the anus.
Yes. Remove all visible hair before each treatment — FOREO recommends shaving body hair and dermaplaning facial hair — then clean the area and pat it dry.
FOREO recommends a patch test before treating each new area: one flash on a 3 cm × 3 cm spot, then wait 24 hours. If there is no reaction, you can treat the area around it.
Don't use it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18, have a history of skin cancer or precancerous lesions, have recently tanned or burnt skin, or take photosensitizing medication. Avoid tattoos, moles and permanent make-up, and keep treated skin out of the sun for at least 7 days.
PEACH™ 2 flashes only when its treatment window is in full contact with the skin. FOREO advises looking away when flashing, never flashing towards the eye, and wearing sunglasses for facial treatments.
Yes, once: download the FOREO app to unlock and register PEACH™ 2 before first use. The app also gives access to more settings, treatment guidance and reminders.
Unplug it and let the treatment window cool for at least 5 minutes, then wipe it with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Keep water out of its openings, and never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
FOREO provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use. It doesn't cover cosmetic wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, and opening or taking apart the device voids it. Warranty claims are made by logging in to your account at foreo.com.
